Digital architecture's obsession with the complex, the un-buildable and the shocking 'new' is in stark contrast to Modernism connection to the reassurance of platonic morphism found in classicism. But unrestrained complexity, which is easily achieved with computational mathematics needs a certain level of restraint to meet the 'aesthetic' test of self selection.
