The Middlehaven

The Vision for the regeneration of Greater Middlehaven in
Middlesbrough by Alsop for Tees Valley Regeneration highlighted
the intention to transform a redundant waterfront quarter into a
groundbreaking landscape of contemporary architecture for work,
leisure and living. The 250 acre development is at the heart of a
wider regeneration strategy for Middlesbrough and the Tees Valley
and is hoped to establish the region as a destination for tourists
and for business.
